When will my order be shipped?
Each Solmara tote is hand-personalized just for you. Please allow 2–3 business days for embroidery, followed by 1–2 days for order processing. Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days in Europe and up to 6-10 business days internationally.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Every order includes tracking so you can follow your tote’s journey to you.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
What if there’s a delay in shipping?
While we aim for timely delivery, please note that occasional customs or postal delays can occur, especially for international orders.
Product & Personalization
What materials do you use?
Our Totes are crafted from high-quality natural jute and Raffia - breathable, lightweight, and durable.
The embroidery is stitched by hand for a polished, lasting finish.
Are the bags washable?
While not recommended for regular cleaning, you can wash your Solmara if necessary. However, we advise gently spot-cleaning specific areas to preserve the quality and ensure your Solmara lasts for years to come.
Can the tote carry beach and daily essentials?
Estimated capacity: 16 to 18 Litres (this is similar to a medium–large tote bag or a small backpack.)

Because of the open weave and soft structure, it expands slightly but still feels lightweight and elegant on the shoulder.
How are they initials attached?
Your initials are carefully embroidered onto the centre patch of the bag using high-quality stitching to ensure durability and lasting elegance.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your tote hasn’t been embroidered yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
